Meetings this year will be divided between members homes,  local businesses, and events during the summer that we will vote to attend. 

The March meeting was full of ideas and discussions for all aspects of our club. 21 members were in attendance and the treasurer showed a balance of $2,381.40 . She also introduced a new sign in sheet, that will insure everyone’s information stays current. The next meeting will be 3/13/10 at the Miller house 2pm, we will send out our yearly flyers. March 21, is the annual Bucheit Dust Off in Union, please meet at Mike Riefers shop at 9am, it would be great to have a good turn-out.

SPRINGFEST

·        Raffle tickets will be available at the next meeting or can be picked up from John Branson at American Auto                                                    

·         Each member is responsible for $ 25 worth of tickets

·         Prizes are 1^st- ¼ beef  2nd- Willow chair 3^rd- Grill

·        Many members committed to jobs for Springfest, but many still available, if you will be there please let Mike Riefer know.

NEW BUSINESS

·        Bob Mayfield will be constructing a new undercarriage mirror.

·        Karl Watts will be seeking competitive bids for our apparel needs.

·        Claire will be ordering “STAFF” shirts if you need one, please contact her with your size information 437-4484.

·        Pricing info for another easy-up being gathered before next meeting to provide more weather protection.

·        The Catholic church show was voted on and passed for September 11. Gary Wenkel will be following up with the details.

·        Mailed newsletters will only continue if the members stay current, to defray costs.

·        Judges may move entries to classes at their discretion if they don’t meet specific class requirements.

·        Classes entries will be kept track of for the year, and class adjustments will be made if necessary in the off season, for next year.
